At the beginning of the meeting, a formal welcome was extended to the representatives who had introduced their delegates and conveyed their messages of congratulations and support.

Agenda Items:

Review, formulation, and approval of organizational programs and policies in the West Asia region.

Discussion of Agenda Items and Decisions Taken:

 

1. Approval of the Official Uniform for Referees

• Pants: Black
• Shirt: Navy blue
• Tie and Two-Button Blazer: Orange
• Shoes and Socks: Official Referee Shoes & Socks
• The IKOKS referee logo shall be placed on the left side of the chest
• All referees of the West Asia Organization are required to comply with the official IKOKS-approved referee uniform during international championships.
  ✅ Approved unanimously.

 

2. Approval of the Official Uniform for Executive Board Members

• Pants: Black
• Shirt: Black
• Two-Button Blazer: White
• Tie: Red
  ✅ Approved unanimously.

3. Organization of the West Asia Spring Camp

• Location: Republic of Turkey
• Proposed Date: Mid-May or June 2027

Camp Topics:

• Technical Seminar
• Referee Seminar
• Grade Promotion
• Technical and Referee Development Courses held as seminars
  ✅ Approved.

4. Organization of the West Asia Championship

• Objective: Qualification for the World Championship
• Responsibilities and coordination assigned to the Technical Deputy and the Official Representative of Turkey.
  ✅ Approved.

5. Approval of Certificates and ID Cards for Sub–Black Belt Grades

• Issuance of official certificates and ID cards for these levels.
  ✅ Approved.

6. Establishment of the Central Secretariat

• It was decided that the Central Secretariat of the style shall be administered with headquarters in Turkey.
  ✅ Approved by all members present.

7. Selection and Appointment of the West Asia Executive Board Members

• It was agreed that the selection of the Executive Board Members shall be conducted with the participation of active representatives of the member countries.
  ✅ Approved.

 

8. Review of New Organizational Matters

 

• The official uniform colors for referees, executive board members, country representatives, and female members were determined and approved.
• It was decided to approve the participation of women in the Executive Board.
• The duties and authorities of the Public Relations Office and the Organization Secretariat were defined and approved to promote transparent and active communication.

 

Conclusion:

 

All the above items, after discussion and exchange of opinions, were finally approved by the members present at the meeting.
It was decided that the implementation of these resolutions shall proceed according to the organizational schedule and structure.
